Exceptional Chinese bracelet from around 1900. This piece of jewelry tells a story of filigree, patience and craftsmanship that you can feel and not just see. Elaborate and delicate at the same time, it was made of silver and then gold-plated. The embedded bone elements create a delicate contrast. They are criss-crossed by fine carvings that were originally covered in dark paint. The motifs show delicate branches and birds, a secret choreography of nature that gives the bracelet a lively perspective. An additional security chain accompanies the bracelet and makes it a safe treasure. A piece of jewelry that is simply sensationally exciting.
